What is the Digital Immigration Card
Before you can enter Curaçao, every foreign visitor is required to complete the Digital Immigration Card (DI Card) — a mandatory online form that replaces the old paper embarkation and disembarkation card. It’s how immigration authorities clear you at arrival, and it applies to anyone visiting for leisure, business, or family reasons, staying at least one night and up to 90 nights per trip.
Residents registered in Curaçao are exempt, but if you were born on the island and now live abroad, you’ll still need to complete one as a visitor.
Applying for Your DI Card
You can apply anytime up to 7 days before your departure date. The process only takes a few minutes: enter your travel details, add your passport information (uploading a photo is optional — you can type the details in manually instead), then fill in your contact information and submit.
Once completed, you’ll get a downloadable PDF and a confirmation email. You’ll need to show this at airline check-in and again to immigration when you land, either as a printout or on your phone.
Making Changes to Your Application
Made a mistake, or need to update your travel dates? No problem — you don’t need to submit a new application. Simply email us at info@curacaoentryform.com or give us a call with your details and the correction needed, and we’ll update your card and send you the revised approval.
If your flight is delayed, canceled, or rebooked, there’s no need to reapply either: your card stays valid, and immigration officers update your arrival details on the day you actually land. For any other changes, just reach out and we’ll take care of it for you.
Validity and Frequent Travel
Your DI Card stays valid from the moment you submit it until you’ve cleared immigration on the flight you registered. One card covers one trip, so if you’re a frequent visitor, you’ll simply update your existing card each time you travel rather than creating a new one.
If you’re extending your stay once you’re already on the island, there’s no need to edit anything — the card has already done its job. Travelers passing through Curaçao in transit who need to check in again with a different airline are the one exception: they’ll need to complete the form too.
